The AVAO SIT FAST work positioning seat harness is equipped with wide, semi-rigid leg loops and waist belt that provide excellent support. They have breathable foam padding and provide maximum comfort when hanging freely. The automatic FAST buckles on the leg loops make it easy to put on the harness. The seat harness is designed to be converted into a fall arrest harness when combined with the TOP, or into a harness for hard-to-reach areas when combined with the TOP CROLL.

- Central attachment loop: for attaching a descender or for attaching a work positioning lanyard
- Side attachment loops: for attaching a work positioning lanyard to both attachment loops
- Eyelet on the back of the waist belt: for attaching a restraint system
